The requirement is that you know what you’re doing – and you know how to draw maximum attention with only the smallest amount of space. Service Factory’s solution for the Vodafone stand at Call Center World 2017: when width and depth are limited, take to going vertical.

A folding bike hung from the ceiling grabbed attention, even from a long distance. Originally intended only as a reminder of an accompanying competition, the bike turned out to be a true audience attraction – and kept the stand busy and helped create many new contacts.

The additional benefits were that the actual stand space could be used entirely for conversations and product presentations, and the motto of Vodafone Inbound Services was clear from the stand design: ‘Individual solutions are our standard solution.’
