TomTom retailer event 2017

TomTom. SingSing. ClapClap. From 0 to 100 in ten days – this was essentially the briefing given for the TomTom retailer event being held during ISPO 2017. What Service Factory put together in next to no time and on a shoestring budget introduced the navigation and mapping experts to an entirely new area of expertise: karaoke.

This is hardly surprising, as someone who so accurately guides their customers through life can surely navigate their way around pop, rock, punk, Schlager music and soul with aplomb too.

At the event emceed by drag queen Chantal Gpunkt, the hosts and guests endeavoured to outdo each other on the stage. What began as a relaxed get-together evolved into a boisterous battle to generate the loudest applause – and as much fun as possible.

The result: the feeling of being a superstar during the award ceremony, strengthened customer relations and a new sense of unity. Despite some hoarse voices.
